Responsibilities:
Assist in pre-sales motion for Collaberas Hire, Train, and Deploy (HTD) offerings to large customers.
Educate the candidates about the Hire Train and Deploy Program and explain value proposition of various training program offered.
Source profiles from various Job boards/Social Media Channels etc.
Screen candidates based on the hiring criteria.
Monitor, review and take action on the daily influx of candidate resumes, accurately screening against defined criteria and recording the outcome of your review appropriately in a custom-built applicant tracking system (ATS).
Generate referrals & business leads through core consultant relationship.
Maintain responsibility for entry, maintenance, and integrity of data in the associated systems
Profile and classify every candidate who is being hired based on their expertise and skills
Complete administrative tasks (reports and updates) in timely fashion

Minimum 6 to 18 months experience in IT recruitment
Proven ability to take initiative, adapt quickly to changing priorities, work with a high sense of urgency and build strong, productive relationships.
Enthusiasm to contribute to a high performing team environment.
Must be technically savvy
Knowledge of emerging technologies trend in IT, like Cloud, Big Data, Mobility, etc. is highly desired.
