This position in one of the AP Consumer facing application called Dragonfly support is an edge cutting opportunity to be a member of the production support team, which requires being an active, enthusiastic team player, who works well within a team and can create a productive environment. It is for those who enjoy excitement of troubleshooting with great analysis skills and focus on providing operational support with respect to technology, design and development, content management, production deployment and also provide expert technical input and guidance to development and infrastructure teams. It is nice to possess hands-on support of 7X24 critical multi-tier environments.
