Reason :
All the other numbers are framed by using the below logic.
The left side number is squared and added with 4 to get the right side number.
i.e. 52 + 4 which gives 29
But in option d, we have 15 - 227 which is formed by squaring 15 and added with 2 instead of 4. Hence d is the odd one.
